Thema: ars sica, lack of response

Hello everyone, im writing from denmark.
I was at this years mythodea 2011 as an nsc,
I was at ars sica were i bought at reslly cool morning star (don't know what els to call it).
I used in a singel battle and the latex broke a bit.
I thought crap and went to the ars sica shop at the con and asked if they could repair it, sure they said, no charge, "we csn have it done within two weeks, we will mail you info to send fee for shipment" sure i thought, thats cool.
And i went on with the rest of the Con.

Two weeks passed and nothing from them, i gave them my full name, emial, address and phone number, but no respinse, so i thought i would just write them an email, hear what was going on, but still no response, i write them again, i call them, no response...

I've so far sendt them more than 10 emails and called them more than 20 times, no response, i've tryed to contact them since august 9. But still nothing. I've sent them an email and tried calling them again last week, and yes with in there buisness hours.

Is there anyone that can help me get in contact with them ?
I payed 105 EUR for the weapon, but i haven't got it !!

Hope there is anyone out there that will help me try to get in contact with them.

You should try and send them a letter by mail (not e-mail, emails can be blocked by a spamfilter) Their current adress is.

Well ars sica is a rather small shop. And such things happen sometimes. If you want your money back, maybe we can help you to write a mail in german...but if I would be in your situation, I would write them a mail and ask if you can get your morning star.

I really hope you can get your weapon and can be satisified. Ars-Sica is probarly one of the best larpshops in Germany.

And my weapon is shipt on monday
