The costumes are really nice, the colors really match good together. The masks are partially ok, partially they could be better. The surface looks crumbly, but not real. There could be more structure could be more accentuatet by the use of contrasting colors. Are they made of latex?
If you register on [url=larper.ning.com]larper.ning.com[/url], you could search for pictueres of the user "Nârkoz", he makes really amazing masks, here's an example.

Love the costumes! A little bit of Mongolian, spikes and metal parts, looking good.

There is something you could still improve, though: the masks!
* their fit is not close enough to the head
* as Klaufi said, more coloring to bring out the structure
* the teeth look really fake

Hands and eye sockets without make-up are also not a good idea. Human skin is easily recognizable.

Maybe I'm being over-critical, but that's because German orc players have published their pictures all over and their high standards have become the norm...
